Founded in 2016, Ecco Nova is a Belgian investment platform licensed by the FSMA, specialising in financing sustainable projects, particularly in the field of energy transition and renewable energies. With nearly 130 million euros mobilised to support over 160 projects, ranging from wind farms to urban renovation, Ecco Nova has managed to create a community of 15,000 investors eager to make a positive impact.

At the beginning of 2026, Ecco Nova engaged Nonante Cinq to enhance its media presence around its new vertical: fractional property. This initiative aims to democratise access to rental property investment, allowing citizens to invest in real estate with an initial contribution of just 250 euros. By removing the traditional barriers of the sector, Ecco Nova offers a solution without the hassles associated with personal loans or tenant management.

We orchestrated the press relations around their first fractional property project, the Chick & Kot student residence in Liège. This initiative has attracted the interest of several media outlets, such as Le Soir, La Libre, Trends and La DH, highlighting this new way of investing for Belgians.
